G2IS Expand Sales and Marketing Team
G2IS invest for the future

Tewkesbury, UK, 25nd January 2008 – The recent acquisition of G2IS, a leading UK cashless payment solutions provider, by G4Tec (Group 4 Technology) ensures exciting times ahead. G4Tec are already demonstrating their commitment to growing G2IS into a world-class service company through solid financial backing and investment in resource. This has been underlined by five new appointments to the G2IS Sales and Marketing Teams, combining historical expertise with new creative talent.

Frank Barker, G2IS Sales Manager for over 20 years has expanded his team by recruiting two valuable additions, Phil Wickson and Chris Gormley. Phil is highly customer focused with a background in developing long term client relationships where as Chris has 25 years account management experience across G2IS vertical markets. These new appointments are set to see the G2IS sales team go from strength to strength.

A Fresh Approach

Parallel to this Kevin Anderson was welcomed as Head of UK Marketing in June 2007. Kevin has spent 13 years within various technical business-to-business marketing roles across the Security and IT Networking sectors. Now established in his new role Kevin is driving the business forward with the recruitment of two new team members.

Julie Woodward brings her strong analytical skills to the role of Lead Generation Manager, joining us from Beiersdorf UK, where she was Consumer Insight Manager for Nivea. Joining Julie as Marketing Communications Manager is Emma Parker. Emma previously managed the Marketing division of a modular building company working across the same vertical markets as G2IS.
